Created for those called to more — without the burnout
My business story began in Ireland around 1999. I was ambitious but impatient, chasing every new promise of success — franchises, affiliate marketing, SEO, Pinterest courses, and entire teams in the Philippines building niche websites for me. Each time, I thought this would finally work.
But it never did. I was addicted to the finish line, not the process. I confused motion with meaning.
In 2011, I landed one of the best jobs of my life — but it was over 300 km from home. Taking it meant moving away from my children. The distance broke something open in me. Every goodbye hurt. Every lonely night made me question what success was really worth.
During that painful season, a local pastor — a relationship counsellor — helped me heal from the deep wounds left by my marriage. Through his teaching, I learned that healing and growth don’t come from striving but from surrender. That season became the soil where IQDoer would eventually take root.
From Burnout to Breakthrough
When chasing “the plan” finally gave way to purpose
By 2014, I was still searching. At a conference in Tennessee, a woman said something that changed my entire approach to business:
“You don’t have to follow one program. Take what works, make it yours, and leave the rest.”
That single sentence set me free. It gave me permission to stop forcing myself into formulas that didn’t fit and start building my own.
Between 2015 and 2020, life stripped away every illusion of control — grief, loss, surgery, and starting over more times than I could count. But in those quiet, raw moments, I began to write again. Journaling became my therapy. Each page helped me find my footing and my faith.
The Shift to Clarity
From virtual assistant to visionary
In 2020, I stepped into a new chapter as a virtual assistant, helping business owners manage launches, funnels, and systems. For the first time, my income was steady — and my peace was too.
I finally saw what had been missing all along: clarity. Not the kind you find in spreadsheets, but the kind that settles your spirit.
That revelation led me to become a Certified Digital Marketer (2020–2021) and a Certified Launch Manager (2023). But more importantly, it helped me see that the most powerful system I’d ever build wasn’t for clients — it was for myself.
That’s how IQDoer was born: as a bridge between ambition and alignment. A movement rooted in peace, purpose, and practical clarity.
